ALPHA HOP 10 - HOP EXTRACT
The DND Alpha 10 - Hop Extract is a pure aqueous solution containing only Tetrahydro-iso-Alpha-Acid potassium salts, and is one of the most antibacterial hop salts produced from alpha acids.
BETA HOP 45 – HOP EXTRACT
The DND Beta Hop 45 – Hop Extra is produced from CO2 hop extract. It chiefly contains the natural food grade β -acid of hop extract dissolved in Propylene Gylcol fraction. β -acids are well known for their powerful anti-microbiotic properties, and they are particularly active against Gram-positive bacteria and certain algae. The potential uses of DND BETA HOP 45 include the suppression of bacteria growth in sugar mediums and as a protective agent for uncooked poultry products.
