LIQUID ANTIBIOTIC FOR FERMENTATION

An antibiotic for industrial use, specific for fighting bacteria in alcoholic fermentation, it deals with a product with an ample spectrum of activities; in other words, it acts in important ways over both Gram (+) and Gram (-) gender bacteria. The active ingredients act modifying the bacteria’s cell wall permeability, reducing the average nutrient flux for their interior, thus provoking cellular death. They are composed with pharmaceutical grade active ingredients, activated by moistening and surfactant agents, are especially suited to be used in tanks of alcoholic fermentation, with no alterations to the end product.
