ANTIBIOTIC FOR FERMENTATION

Industrial use antibiotics, specific for bacterial combat in alcoholic fermentation, corresponding to a product with a broad spectrum of action; in other words, it acts in important ways over both Gram (+) and Gram (-) gender bacteria. The active ingredients act modifying the permeability of the bacteria cell wall, reducing the average nutrient flux for their interior, thus causing cellular death. They are composed with active ingredients with pharmaceutical grade, once activated by moistening and surfactant agents, are especially suited to be used in tanks of alcoholic fermentation, with no alterations to the end product.
